How do you win landscaping clients with a website that qualifies every job?
Yard On Time works all over Toronto, and inquiries were arriving as a call with nothing behind it: no measurements, no service type, no way to tell a driveway from an entire yard. We replaced that with guided quote funnels, one per service, that ask the questions a foreman would ask on site.
Each funnel takes the visitor through four or five short steps: what the project is, how big it is, what prep has already been done and how to reach them. Alongside is a cost calculator so customers can size up their lawn and seasonal work on their own. By the time the inquiry reaches the inbox it already comes described, and that is what moved the site from brochure to part of the operation.

What we did
How do you let a landscaping company quote online?
We designed and built the site on WordPress with Elementor, organized around the work Yard On Time actually sells: mowing and trimming, garden design, exterior repairs, seasonal cleanup, snow removal, soil treatment and mulching, and fence and deck restoration.
The hard half was the quoting logic. Each service needs different questions, so each funnel is its own multi-step form with its own branching, and the calculator quotes lawn work by service type and square feet. The whole site works in four languages through an on-page translator, which matters in Toronto, and is tuned with full-page caching.
Replace unqualified calls with structured requests, so every inquiry arrives with its scope already described.
Let customers estimate the cost on their own, and make everything work just as well on a phone at the job site as on a desktop.

The result
What changes when the website qualifies the customer before the call?
Today the site carries a 4.8 rating on Google across more than nine hundred reviews, and the funnels handle the first round of qualification before the team spends a minute. It's a small company's website doing the work of an intake process, which is what a landscaping company needs when the season is short and all the calls come at once.
