How do you sell sports supplements online in El Salvador?
PALAVOR sells original Nutrex sports supplements from San Salvador and ships nationwide. Its customers range from someone walking into a gym for the first time to the advanced athlete, and almost all of them arrive with the same question: which one is right for me.
The store had to sell, but first it had to help people choose.
What we did
How do you help shoppers choose the right supplement online?
A store that guides before it sells.
We rebuilt the whole store with a high-contrast identity —yellow, orange and black—, big type and training photography.
Categories by goal: protein, creatine, pre-workout, amino acids and fat burners, each with what it is for and how many products are available.
From goal to result: a six-step guide —set your goal, pick your base, add strength, boost your energy, recover better and track results— that leads to the right product.
WhatsApp advice: a shortcut to a team advisor on the home page, the categories and the shop, for people who would rather ask before buying.
The shop: Nutrex products filterable by category, with a WooCommerce cart and FAQs.
